In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Flowerland is committed to delivering every order with care and as close to the requested delivery time as possible.
Delivery Availability
Delivery is available within Flowerland’s designated service area. Delivery fees are based on the destination and will be confirmed when the order is placed.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders received before our daily cutoff time. Same-day service is subject to product availability, delivery capacity, and the location of the recipient.
Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless arrangements have been approved in advance. Deliveries to businesses, schools, hospitals, funeral homes, and other facilities will be made in accordance with the facility’s hours and delivery procedures.
Funeral orders are given priority based on the scheduled visitation or service time. Customers are responsible for providing accurate service information.
Recipient Availability
If no one is available to accept the delivery, Flowerland may:
Leave the arrangement in a safe and protected location;
Leave it with a neighbor, receptionist, or facility representative;
Contact the recipient or purchaser for instructions; or
Return the arrangement to the shop.
Flowers will not be left outside when weather conditions could damage them, including extreme heat, freezing temperatures, high winds, or heavy rain.
If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Correct Delivery Information
The purchaser is responsible for providing the recipient’s complete name, accurate address, apartment or unit number, telephone number, and any necessary delivery instructions.
Additional charges may apply if an incorrect or incomplete address results in a delayed delivery, return to the shop, or second delivery attempt.
Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, and Schools
Delivery is subject to each facility’s rules. Some facilities may restrict deliveries to certain rooms, departments, students, or employees. Once an order has been accepted by an authorized facility representative, the delivery is considered complete.
The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the recipient is currently at the facility and permitted to receive flowers.
Weather and Other Delays
Delivery may be delayed or rescheduled when severe weather, unsafe road conditions, vehicle problems, facility restrictions, or circumstances beyond Flowerland’s control make delivery unsafe or impractical. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the purchaser if a significant delay occurs.
Holidays and High-Volume Periods
During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, prom, and other high-volume periods, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Orders may be delivered earlier than the requested date or within an extended delivery window when necessary.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested before the arrangement has been prepared or dispatched. Once an order has been designed or sent out for delivery, changes and refunds may not be available.

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
